pandoraonsaleusa.com is an authorized online reseller for all of the brands we carry. For that reason, we are able to guarantee that all of the product on our website are 100% authentic.

 

Free Shipping

All pandoraonsaleusa.com orders qualify for FREE shipping to anywhere in Canada. There is no minimum order size or special exceptions. Our Free Shipping policy does not apply to Outlet orders.

 

100-Day Returns

From time to time, you may purchase a product that doesn't fit or simply doesn't suit you. To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, we are happy to offer a hassle free 100-day Return Policy* for all items, excluding the exceptions stated below.

You can return your product within 30 days of receiving your purchase to receive a full refund. After 30 days and up to 100 days, you can return your product to receive store credit. Returning your product to pandoraonsaleusa.com is free of charge, as we will cover the cost of postage and handling for all returns.*

*Orders returned from remote areas not serviced by Purolator may incur additional charges.

Defects/ Repairs

If your order is found to be defective in any way, we are happy to cover the cost of return shipping. We will accept defective items up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund, The remaining 70 may be returned for store credit, but will be left to the discretion of our Returns Team.

pandoraonsaleusa.com does not provide repairs, however if an item requires a repair within the 100 day return period, your item may be eligible for replacement.

Prior to a return authorization we will require a photo and description of the defect or repair required. Please send photo's and description to customerserviceonlinesch@gmail.com and one of our customer service agents will be happy to assist you.

 

Items that are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange include:

  • Outlet items
  • VIP Deals

 

Returns and Exchanges using Discount Codes and Special Offers

Discount codes or special offers used for orders containing more than one item are applied proportionately to the entire order.
Therefore, if you would like to return part of an order, you cannot reapply the full discount code to the remaining items in your order. Instead, your refund will include a proportionate amount of the discount as determined by the value of the specific item being returned or exchanged.

 

How to Return your Order

To return your orders and obtain a refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Request a pre-paid PUROLATOR return waybill AND a Returns Slip by contacting our Customer Care team at customerserviceonlinesch@gmail.com.
  2. Print both documents once received.
  3. Complete the Returns Slip by filling in the order number, item name and the Return Reason and include this form with your return shipment.
  4. Place the pandora jewelry along with their original jewelry box(es) that you wish to return in a shipping box and affix the waybill label to the outside of the shipping box. Please note that the pandora jewelry and original jewelry box must be in undamaged condition for you to be able to return it. We require both parts in order to process your return.

  5. As all returns are free, you can choose to have the pandora jewelry picked up from your home or office, depending on which location is more convenient for you. To arrange a pick up, contact PUROLATOR at customerserviceonlinesch@gmail.com; or alternatively, visit http://www.purolator.com/DropOffLocator to find the drop-off location nearest to you. Once PUROLATOR has received your package, they will provide you with a consignment number so that you can track your shipment on their website.
  6. Once we have received your pandora jewelry from PUROLATOR, we'll send you an email informing you that they have arrived safely at our warehouse. Our Returns Team will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in undamaged condition and meet our Returns requirements as stated below.
  7. Assuming your return meets our requirements, our Returns Team will then ensure that your refund or exchange is processed as soon as possible. However, please allow an extra 3-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account due to bank processing delays.
     

Returns Requirements

Important Note: We may decline to offer a refund, store credit or exchange within the 100-Day return timeframe if your item(s) do not meet the following requirements:

  1. All Items must be returned within 100 days of receiving item.
  2. All pandora jewelry must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and/or tear AND in their original, UNDAMAGED ORIGINAL JEWELRY BOX or ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  3. PANDORA JEWELRY THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OUTSIDE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  4. Returns may be declined if the returned product was damaged by someone other than a pandoraonsaleusa.com team member or the manufacturer.
  5. Returns will not be accepted for any VIP Deals items, OUTLET items or any products marked "FINAL SALE".

Please note that if your pandora jewelry do not pass our requirements following inspection by our Returns Team, we will advise you that your refund has been declined and will ship the product back to you, where you will be charged a $25 restocking fee.
